You're a good fit if you:

Can explain not just how to do something, but why it's done that way — and what can go wrong

Are comfortable teaching live, on camera, in a small-group format

Show up prepared and on time
Students are taking time out of their week for this — treat it with the same seriousness as any professional commitment.
Teach practically, not just theoretically
The goal is judgment, not just information — explain the reasoning behind what you do, not only the steps.
Be respectful and inclusive
No harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional conduct toward students or staff, ever.
Protect confidentiality
Student information and any Nexxora business details shared with you stay private.
Communicate early if something changes
If you need to reschedule or step back, tell us as soon as possible — cohorts are small, and one missed session affects real people.

No — Nexxora helps structure your session plan with you. You bring the expertise; we help shape it into a teachable format.
